I started building Cova because I was tired of choosing between leading a meeting and capturing what actually happened in it. My scribbled notes were always half-baked. The recap email took an hour, then another hour logging decisions and actions in whatever tool was supposed to hold them. And weeks later, I'd need a decision I knew we'd made and have no idea which meeting it was buried in.
